First time cruising + we are hooked. Love the way the crew are friendly and extra special to have your marine biologist Manoah. He was great! We will be back with family. |

It is quite difficult to put into words just how enjoyable out holiday was with Captain Cook Cruises. The short time we had we experienced the most beautiful people on board. Your staff were excellent in every way possible very caring very knowledgeable and helpful. The entire ship was beautifully presented . Cleanliness was of a high standard. The meals were just delicious and presented in a most professional manner. Dorothy and myself had our family from the USA on board the ship and that was an extra bonus. There was no other place that we could have enjoyed the time we had with them, other than Captain Cook Cruises. We have recommend to our friends what a wonderful relaxing time we had with Captain Cook Cruises. A great way for families to spend time together. |

The trip was great the only way for a family to get together and have fun, we all had a ball. As for the staff they were exceptional such a friendly bunch and nothing was too much trouble for them to make ones vacation a happy one. It was so nice to meet up with you lovely people. |

Our trip was absolutely magical. This was one of the best vacation we have ever taken. The staff was over the top! Mary had hands from God and did miracles on my father in laws back. He was able to dance and join in on all the activities . Wise and all the guys that tendered the boats to the island were so much fun----- they snorkel with us, played volleyball, goofed around and always with a smile. Mary she cleaned our room and waited on our meals but she also gave us her heart. She would braid our hair and talk every day about her life and curious about ours also. We truly felt like family. The one BAD thing was we had to leave them. Don't miss this trip it was the best vacation of our lives. |

I would not like to single out any crew member by name because they have ALL been exceptional. Always friendly and obliging. |

Loved the snorkelling. Thanks Manoa for pointing out things we'd otherwise have missed and also for the informative and amusing marine talks. |

Thank you for an amazing experience CAPTAIN COOK CRUISE FIJI. You have the most wonderful staff. Enthusiastic about their jobs, their homeland and it brushes off on all they come into contact with. Our last night we celebrated with island night. And what a great night it was. The Food the entertainment were authentic and second to none. We were all feeling sad in the knowledge we would be leaving the next day. The End came so quickly and Isa Lei (Fijian Farewell Song) made it final. Till we meet again - hopefully in the Lau Islands - Vinaka and Moce. |

My mother, brother and I recently spent 7 nights on the Reef Endeavour. Our experience was nothing short of phenomenal. Everyday we had the opportunity to take part in excellent snorkelling, or swimming, and had the option to scuba dive if we wanted. As well as this we could visit villages and schools to see the true side of Fiji, this was an unforgettable experience. We found that the villager’s hospitality was second to none. The crew aboard the Reef Endeavour we absolutely amazing. They are the most lovely, helpful friendly people I have met, they attend to your every need, and definitely went above and beyond what they had to. Being a young person, I particularly found the crew fun, and willing to engage in beach games, and touch-football with passengers. The food we were served was brilliant, featuring a wide range of options for every meal, and also covering many styles of cuisine. My mum has a special dietary requirement and we found that she was well catered for. Our state rooms were refreshed daily, and were kept to a high standard. Plus every night, whilst dinner was being served the following days itinerary was left in our rooms, which was surprisingly helpful. All age groups were well catered for and the crew made everyone feel special. I would not change my experience aboard the Reef Endeavour at all, and hope to be back before the year is out. Thank you to the amazing Reef Endeavour Family. |

Crew were super - so friendly and personable. The trips out to the islands for snorkelling were amazing. Also loved the school visit - too beautiful. |

The cruise would not have been the same without the excellent crew. Words cannot do justice to describe our time on the cruise. The warm welcome and continuing warmth from the crew has been amazing. A key part of this trip was the feeling that we were part of the family. Thanks. |

The intimacy of small ship cruising, easy access to beautiful beaches, immersing in the Fijian Culture - what a phenomenal vacation experience in Fiji! |

Many thanks for a most wonderful cruise. This is the best way to enjoy people, Islands and culture. Your staff and crew were friendly and efficient. The best way to experience Fiji, the real Fiji. |

My wife and I recently spent 4 nights on the Reef Endeavour. From the moment we were greeted by Captain Cook himself, to the time we had to, sadly depart, all I can say is that our time aboard was nothing short of fantastic. This is the first time we have been to Fiji, and the first time we have been together on a Captain Cook Cruise. Captain Harvey, Engineer Harold, Hospitality Manager Florian, Purser Laisani and each and everyone of the wonderful crew went out of their way to ensure that our four night cruise would be something to remember. Each day was filled with heaps of activities. It was up to you what you wanted to do during the day, and my wife and I sure made the most of it. I tried snorkling, and my wife tried scuba diving, and loved it. Twice a day you had chances to do this. The food on board was excellent. Our stateroom was clean and refreshed daily. Our fellow passengers were also very good, and lots of phone numbers and email addresses were exchanged. Everyone got on so well together. This cruise showed me another side of Fiji. The island villages and the way that the villagers are so happy. The school visit at Ratu Namasi School, and the evening Lovo Feast at Ganu Village, Naviti Island, and the visit to Matacawalevu Village was a highlight. The entertainment, food and service on board was truly awesome. Our only regret was, that our stay aboard was so short. We will definitely be back next year and will do a longer cruise. I cannot recommend Captain Cook Cruises highly enough. Thank you for a most pleasant experience. |

Our family really enjoyed the 7-day heritage cruise. Between fabulous diving, snorkeling and great shore excursions we had a great escape in Fiji. We like trips that provide options to get out each day and do different things which Captain Cook provides. Mani and James were great with both my 12-year old and my 10-year old on diving - thanks to both of them. All of the crew went out of their way to ensure our family had a great trip. Captain Harvey and the team should be proud of the service provided while on the Reef Endeavour. Our only disappointment was that it had to end. |

We wanted this cruise to be about snorkeling and reef dives and we were not disappointed. We snorkeled 1-2 times each day on vibrant, alive reefs. We hadnt anticipated all the extras. The staff and service were fabulous. From meeting our needs to providing entertainment. Thanks guys for a great break. |

Had such a wonderful time, the crew such a happy and helpful people. Have told anyone who will listen what a relaxing time was had by all, friends will certainly consider when planning their next holiday. We hope to have a return trip next year. |

We absolutely loved it, the food was delicious, we had the opportunity to go snorkeling twice a day as well as participate in activities such as visiting schools and villages. The people in FIJI are wonderful, spirited and kind, we were very welcome and everyone made us feel special. I really appreciate the opportunity to experience Paradise this has been for me a once in a life time unforgettable travel experience. |

Overall an excellent experience, love the opportunity to interact with locals and visit the villages. |

My family and I have been on the Captain Cruise now 5 times. This was our first time on the Reef Endeavour. As usual the beautiful friendly staff made our home away from home once again very comfortable. This time we had the adjoining family units which were a perfect layout. Although we have been before there is no where that we visited that I wouldnt want to go back too. The villages , the schools ,the absolutely beautiful waterways and the snorkeling is just magnificent. At home although we come from the Gold Coast it’s hard to get me in the water but in Fiji it’s the natural thing to do. It does make you feel as though the ship is yours and you have invited a few friends on board. Thank you again for a relaxing ,stress free holiday and we will be back again soon. |

Having suffered a stroke 6 weeks prior I can promise you that I had a very relaxing time on this cruise. I disembarked feeling 100 percent better than when I boarded .I choose Fiji because it is like going back in time, when things were simple, so if you are feeling a little down or need R and R this cruise is for you. Visiting the villagers on the Islands is an experience no one should miss out on.the people are friendly..the waters are warm approx. 30deg. The crew on the ship are supper friendly,my favourite was Suzy. |

We cruised on the Reef Endeavour just after cyclone Evan. The staff on this ship are amazing, they were wonderful with my 2 children ages 6 and 12. The food was wonderful no problems, no sickness. A highlight of our trip was when the Marine Biologist on board Monoah took my son and a few others snorkeling in search for the Crown of thorn starfish. They located many and removed them form the ocean. My son thought this was great, each day Monoah would talk about an interesting subject in the Reef room. I would definItely book this cruise ship again, we loved it. |

Dear Captain Cook Cruises,
Thanks for your splendid cruise around Vanua Levu. We enjoyed one of the best breaks we’ve had in more than 50 years of travelling in five continents. This, our fourth visit to Fiji, was our most enjoyable. You gave us the opportunity to meet many islanders and to understand just a small amount of how they experience their lives in often remote locations. Their hospitality and courtesy was outstanding. Our fellow passengers were interesting and charming; nothing blemished the delightful atmosphere. May Captain Cook Cruises continue to serve, entertain and inform for many more successful years in Fiji |

Bula Captain Cook Staff and thank you for a fabulous 7 day cruise. We enjoyed every minute of it with the help of Imodium supplied by the ship as a result of arriving ill from the Naviti Resort. We saw beautiful scenery and enjoyed snorkeling every day and some times twice a day. The food, entertainment and shore excursions were all fantastic. We particularly enjoyed the on board Marine Biologist Monoah's reef talks in the reef room. One minute he would be in the water with us pointing out interesting sealift and then half an hour later he would be in his ship whites presenting an entertaining, interesting and accurate talk about what we had seen. He also helped serve and then on one night he performed passionate cultural dances with other staff members. Lavinia was lovely and was always asking how I was going with my illness. Sofa was funny, amazing with the kids on board and was able to remember all the guests names. The staff were very happy and seemed close like family and they all respected their Captain Harvey who had helped them all survive the recent cyclone. Mark the ships activity officer was also great. It was extremely good value for money. I’ll be saving very hard to go on the Heritage Cruise next. This will be up there as one of the high lights as all my travelling experiences. |

If you want the Queen Mary and 5 star luxury, then this may not be the cruise for you, but, if you can kick-back, relax and enjoy comfortable, clean accommodation, with a five star level of service, then you'll have a fantastic time. The Reef Endeavour is a small ship cruise and you gain such a lot with that small ship experience; over and above what you would ever experience on a large ship cruise (which we have done). We took a 7 night cruise in November 2012 and had one of the best holidays we have ever had! What can we say - the staff are truly amazing, professional and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them. We felt like friends rather than guests. The food was fresh, plentiful and appealing, one of our party is 'gluten free' and even this was absolutely no problem. The spa is very reasonably priced, so we were able to make more than one visit - bliss! As for the cruise itself, we visited some amazing places that no large ship cruise would ever see. Memories and experiences that will stay with us for a lifetime and which we would never otherwise have had the opportunity to experience. We know it sounds corny, but when we returned home, we reflected on what a life-changing experience it had been for all of us, so much so, that we've now booked to go on the Heritage Cruise. Vinaka Vakalevu to all the staff - we'll see you soon! |

Our 4 night Yasawa cruise was brilliant we totally loved it, the food was better than expected and the service at meal times was really excellent. In fact all the staff were always helpful, polite and fun to be with. I would highly recommend to anyone that enjoys the sea but also relaxing over a cocktail with a good book. We dived and snorkelled every day and the scenery was really spectacular with mill-pond crystal clear seas and romantic sunsets. thank you to all involved for giving us a much needed relaxing holiday away from the city but with some adventure thrown in. |

Thank you for the email and complimentary offer with discounts for future cruising with Captain Cook Cruises. We certainly enjoyed the hospitality on board and it was worth our holiday away from suva city. Captain Cook Cruises certainly left a very positive and lasting impression of me and my family members and we will definitely come back. |

Heritage cruise is really good for us to know and experience more about Fijian heritage. As a Chinese tour consultant of Rosie Holidays, we are much confident to share our trip on Weibo (Chinese Twitter). The fast service and nice food on Captain cook cruise is very impressive. Meanwhile, we were all enjoying the Fijian Style performance on the "Pacific Night"! Every clients dress up and join with staff for the entertainment. We can see all the joyful from clients smile.
While we experience the heritage of Fiji, we also got chance of diving and snorkeling which we can explore underwater world of Fiji. The diving instructor and snorkeling guide are all very professional. Only if the snorkeling sites can change to some better ones, that will be much great ^ ^ We will sort out our travelling photos and upload them on Chinese social website to share with our friends and agents. Hope it will promote Captain cook cruises and our lovely Fiji. |

7 nights around the Fijian Islands. What a great experience. Thanks to all the crew for your kindness to us. You ALL played a part in making it a very memorable & enjoyable holiday. From those on the bridge to the engine room, the Cruise Director Mark, the purser's office, the room attendants, the kitchen, bar & wait staff, the dive staff, the tender drivers & entertainers, & anyone I have missed. Thanks heaps for taking such good care of us.

Summing up, this cruise gives you a good overall look on the real Fiji. the ship takes about 130 people at full capacity which gives you a real personal feel and a big thumbs up to all the staff who while on board make you feel like extended family. Highly recommended. ( I think reef endeavour deserves its own trip advisor page separate to the day trips) |

Dear Jackie, Good afternoon from Suva. Hope this mail finds you in good spirit and health. Many thanks for your Email. We sincerely appreciate the hospitality and effort your team has offered us during the cruise. We could feel the warmth of the crew members all along the time we were on board. They were really supportive and remained concerned all the time to make the cruise successful and were eager to offer us a memorable holidays with you. I should also take the opportunity to thank the people of Yalobi for hosting us and giving us a wonderful introduction to the Fijian culture at large. They should not be feeling ashamed rather we should respect their positive attitude and being so hospitable even after facing such a big cyclone. Please convey our regards to them on behalf of passengers of the cruise. I have already spoken very highly about the experience we had during the cruise among the colleagues of mine, some of them are already planning to avail your services. |

Dear captain cook cruises, Thank you for your very nice letter. We understood that there would be teething problems with the Cruise being the first one after the cyclone . We thoroughly enjoyed the cruise and have to Commend all the crew on the boat for their fantastic service. We appreciate the offer of 50 % discount on our next Reef Endeavour cruise and are seriously Thinking of doing the 7 day cruise next time. Is this offer until the end of the year? Again thank you for the letter, I am sure we will be seeing the Reef Endeavour again. Regards sue Glenn |
